So it all started out like this.I had just downloaded oxygena and dexter from the universe of ettins and bred them. The baby hatched just like any other baby. Then I noticed a change. It had just hatched and it was already an adolecent. By the age of two minuites it was an adult.

Yep, that happens sometimes.
It can be fun but some of them can be very annoying.
Some will die faster as well but for some reason most of them live just as long as normal norns. Only they have much longer to breed so if you have enough the world can fill with eggs very quickly. _________________ Remember in this game we call life that no one said its fair.

I spliced a treehugger and a hardman together, and as soon as it hatched, it aged to ancient, and then died of old age. It lived about 3 seconds. _________________ Keke

I actually had a few C1 babies that did that: they grew into their senior stage and died as soon as they hopped out of their egg.
For some reason, it's not so sad when it happesn to C3 norns.... Maybe it's because its such a common occurence thanks to the fast-agers. _________________

I have seen fast agers is mostly popular on ds (well that was before, but ihave noticed that it start to decrease with people who likes fast agers a little)
I often breed my own genetical norns i have made that i call for amphibic plop, that is amphibic, are plops (thats what i call norn with the ability of quick breeding, ending with overflood of eggs) and that is aging to adult, then it takes a little longer before they grow older , and also have az nice purple color they keep forever ^_^
So if you see me on ds,then it probely will appear some of this norns i have made, but dont worry, i raise other colors, breeds and creatures as well _________________

in C2 I've had a norn that was spliced with a grendel and the remaining creature had a C2 norn head, and body, C1 norn arms, legs and tail and NO GRENDEL BODY PARTS?? and died when it was born. And when it was born it was an adult. _________________ I'm nobody,Nobody is perfect

It is possible for a creature to get all its body parts from one parent. I guess that one got all of them from the norn.
As for dying at birth...I guess it had a high mutation rate and ended up with some incompatible mutations.
In my worlds they seem to be more common in splices than normal norns. _________________ Remember in this game we call life that no one said its fair.
Norns have a few genes to control initial chemical levels, and mutations can cause immedient death.
Fast agers occur either when the "Life" chemical half life is reduced (so they pass through all life stages immediently) or when gene controlling aging is mutated. I don't know what happens when a creature loses the "Half -Life" gene (and since i kinda accidentlally deleted an important file somewhere, i can't try it. I'll fix it by next week, but i'm gonna have to re-install C3 and DS) _________________ I don't think, therefore I am not.
