His name is Mercury, and he's a levitating Norn I got through the Warp. If you pick him up and then drop him, instead of falling to the ground, he just stays all curled up like that, in midair, completely unable to move. If you "throw" him, he'll just slowly glide until he hits something. If he reaches the floor, he then stands up and walks around as if it never happened. He also limps, but you would, too, if you were a 3 hr old Norn!
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else had a particularly strange creature (or two) they'd like to share.

I'm sure many people have seen this, but its still weird...
One of my Norns rarely lays down, even to sleep. That's right, she sleeps standing up. She sometimes falls asleep on the way to a piece of food, while still in a walking pose. Sorry I cant provide a pic.... _________________ EEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRP! 'Scuse me...

Weird Norns I've Encountered:
C1
Lucky- A hatchery norn that was born with 68% life force, due to a mutation (when he was at his healthiest, it was at 100%). I got him only a few months after I started playing the game, too.
Raine/Kenny- I actually downloaded Raine (a red Fox norn) off of someone's web site and bred her with Luck (a PMN). Their baby, Kenny, was a PMN with Banana head and legs. I eventually figured out that Raine's appearance genes had all been set to female, but that one had me scratching my head for awhile.
C2
Dwight- Because of a mutation, Dwight can't produce his own glycogen. If he's surrounded by foods that are rich in the stuff (mostly 3rd party COBs, like the Hello Kitty critter), he can lead a happy, productive life.
Yianna, Pine, and Sandy- These little ones are Dwight's sisters. They all share the same parents, and they all share the same bizarre mutation: they're all green. Now, this wouldn't be very unusual... except that their parents are red. Their remaining brothers and sisters are red. In fact, there is no green in their family history (although they have a Golden Desert norn for a great-grandmother, though I'm not sure how relevant that is). I'd brush it off as a random mutation... but three times?
C3
Grinny- I was doing a mass gene-splicing on one ship, and I eventually came to this little guy, a Grenorn with a lime green tinge. Every time I tried to gene splice him, the pod would autokill itself. It worked fine for the other norns... just not him. I guess he didn't want to be spliced. _________________
In C2 I spliced an ettin with a mernorn, the weird thing is...the ettin that came out is now older than a very old ettin but is still called a child in the owner's kit !? He is immune to most viruses and deseases and he can't die from old age. _________________ I'm nobody,Nobody is perfect
On Creatures Advance (the one for the GBA), every single one of my norns at generation 3 or higher have reversed gender appereance.
Seiriously. I have all my males looking like females, and the females like males.
Fortunately, breeding patterns are the same (otherwise i'd have a hell of a time woking out who is related to who!)
Weird things don't seem to happen to me, which is sirprising considering that most of my worlds are occupied by either warp norns or my genetic experiments.
Of warp norns, one norn I owned had a levitating head- not connected to his neck or anything! _________________ I don't think, therefore I am not.

um...i made my norns do that sort of thing with a cheet.yep, someone used the cheet to take the gravity on your norn down to 0,the cheet is
targ norn accg (insert number here)
just pick a number to go there, and it ourt to work.i use it to make my norns have a softer landing.
but why spoil the fun.heres a few wirods i'v had in my time...
Tippy:he was all the normal breeds you get on c3,the ones you get right at the begining without any breeds that have been downloaded.what was strang that he was a splice up,of only to breeds.there where only the two diffrent types in the game! _________________
